I orchestrate light. I manipulate it through a painted surface to give it texture, form and dimension. The resulting ambient harmonies of light create a meditative atmosphere and a platform whereby one may experience a heightened sense of self and surrounding.

I create, program and present my work in a dark environment. A philosophy influenced by Rothko, the theory is that by lowering or removing ambient light in a given space, distraction will be reduced and awareness heightened.  It is in lowered light where the environment of a sanctuary can be found, a place to turn inward and a space in which to reflect.

As consciousness changes, so do we.
